ST. ALBANS, NY - Early Sunday morning, Haitian President Jean-Bertrand Aristide resigned his office and went into exile. His final destination is unknown. Thus, a tragic page has been turned in another sad chapter of the painful history of the world's first Black independent nation. Americans should take no joy in what has occurred.
