Meeks of the Sixth Congressional District launched his annual toy distribution with a celebration in his Jamaica District office with 25 five year olds from the York College's Head Start program. Meeks plans to deliver over 1,000 toys for children between the ages of 0 through 12 years between now and Christmas.
