WASHINGTON, D.C.--Congressman Gregory W. Meeks (NY-05), a senior member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, will join the U.S. Congressional Delegation (CODEL) to South Africa for the memorial services of former South African President, Nelson Mandela on December 11th, 2013.
