Explanation of Project: The project is an appropriate use of taxpayer dollars and is anticipated to improve a major thoroughfare that is essential to commerce, transportation, and economic development in my district. Completion of this project will be a key component to an equitable recovery in my district given how much this thoroughfare drives the local economy.
