Congressman Gregory W. Meeks Statement on NLRB Proposed New Rules
(WASHINGTON, DC)–Congressman Gregory W. Meeks (NY-6), Ranking Member of the Subcommittee for Europe and Eurasia on the Foreign Affairs Committee and Senior Member of the House Financial Services Committee, released the following statement in regards to the NLRB Proposed New Rules:
“The rule proposed by the NLRB last week strengthens worker rights. It ensures not only a fair union election, but a timely one by streamlining election procedures. This is in the true tradition of American workers rights and fairness for all workers. I commend the NLRB for standing by working families.”
