Washington, D.C. – Representative Gregory W. Meeks, Ranking Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and Young Kim, Chairwoman of the Subcommittee on East Asia and the Pacific, introduced legislation that would enforce sanctions and visa restrictions on individuals and entities engaged in illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing.

Washington, D.C. - Representatives Gregory W. Meeks and Jamie Raskin sent a letter to Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche expressing concern over the reported interference by the White House and other senior Trump administration officials to inappropriately grant and expedite a U.S. visa to former Polish Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro, who is a fugitive and faces up to 25 years in prison in Poland if convicted on various crimes.
