Hurricane Isaias Updates
Hurricane Isaias' strong winds has caused severe damage across New York, putting hundreds of thousands of customers out of power. Due to the amount of damage, it will take some time for all the repairs to be conducted. Here are some important resources and information to be aware of:

As per my communications with the energy companies, it is expected that the vast majority of repairs will be completed by Sunday August 11th by ConEd, and Friday August 7th by PSEG.

Remember to stay clear of downed wires, which should always be considered live, and stay at least 30 feet away. Immediately call 911 to report downed wires.
To prevent carbon monoxide poisoning, do not run any gasoline-powered generators in a garage or any other enclosed space.
